Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

At MiauVita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Not classified as perishable or custom-made items
  • Aquarium products must be unopened and in sealed condition

Non-Refundable Items

The following products cannot be returned for refund:

  • Opened food and treats (Feeding category)
  • Used grooming tools (Grooming category)
  • Personalized or custom accessories
  • Live aquarium plants or animals
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through your account dashboard
  2. Wait for our approval email with return instructions
  3. Package the item securely with all original contents
  4. Ship the package to our return center using the provided label

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For defective items, we may offer replacement instead of refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost

Special Cases

For breeding supplies and training equipment:

  • Special return conditions may apply - check product descriptions
  • Electronic training devices must be tested within 7 days
  • Breeding supplements must be returned unopened
